Many non-alcoholic wines are made through shortcuts - often using synthetic aromatics from the food and candy industry to approximate aroma and flavor. We take a different approach.

We use natural grape skin extracts along with thoughtfully toasted French and American oak to layer and balance the flavors after the alcohol is removed from the wine. Using spinning cone technology, we gently remove the alcohol at low temperatures, preserving the wine’s integrity.
